Certificate adoption

Lithuania has issued the EU Digital COVID Certificate for those who have already vaccinated, recovered from COVID-19 or had the negative test result. However, the EU Digital COVID certificate is not needed in Lithuania for participating activities and services.

Entry protocol

For general measure

  • Currently, travellers are not required to show the vaccination, recovery or negative test certificate before arrival.

Vaccine authorised to be used in the country

  • Novavax
  • Pfizer BioNTech / Comirnaty
  • Moderna (Spikevax)
  • Oxford AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria)
  • Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)

Vaccine accepted for inbound travellers

  • Pfizer BioNTech / Comirnaty
  • Moderna (Spikevax)
  • Oxford AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria)
  • Novavax
  • Covishield
  • Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)

These vaccinations are authorized if the traveller has been vaccinated for at least 14 days but no more than 270 days. If the vaccination is more than 270 days old, they will receive an additional booster dose to ensure that they are fully vaccinated travellers.
