Certificate adoption
Indonesia issued an application, named PeduliLindungi for contact tracing and vaccine passport use in public area setting, include travel. Foreigners and Indonesians who received their COVID-19 vaccinations in other countries can now register their shots to be recognised on the app.

Entry protocol
For general measures
- International travellers with the status of Indonesian Citizens (WNI) from abroad are allowed to enter Indonesia while still following the strict health protocols set by the Government.
- The visa types allowed to enter are as follows:

- Work permits;
- Business visas;
- Permanent residence holders;
- Visit visas;
- Diplomatic visas;
- Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Card (KPP APEC); and
- Traditional Border Crossing Pass.
Document requirements
- International travellers entering Indonesia will be required to show:

- proof of vaccination via the PeduliLindungi digital application
- Children under 12 years of age, when accompanied by their parents, are exempted from this requirement
- International travellers who cannot be vaccinated due to medical conditions are exempted from showing proof of vaccination against COVID-19 only with a doctor’s note or supporting documentation
- proof of health insurance with a coverage value of at least US$ 100,000 for the treatment of COVID-19
- booking confirmation from an accommodation provider for the duration of stay in Indonesia
- proof of vaccination via the PeduliLindungi digital application
- All International Travellers, both Indonesian Citizens (WNI) and Foreign Citizens (WNA) are required to:

- Use the PeduliLindung application for international travel to enter the territory of Indonesia;
- Fill out the International e-HAC through the PeduliLindung application or manually at the departure airport (Country of Origin).
- All international travellers must have negative RT-PCR test results of which samples are taken within a maximum period of 3 x 24 hours before departure from the country of origin
- All international travelers must have a vaccination card or certificate (physical or digital) that shows the traveler has received the full dose of COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 (fourteen) days before departure
Quarantine
International travelers must undergo another test upon arrival and are required to undergo quarantine for a period of 7 x 24 hours. Please click here to see all conditions.

two–doses of Pfizer or Moderna or Sinovac, AstraZeneca dan Sinopharm and single–dose of Johnson & Johnson
Border status
Partially open. Indonesia has allowed all foreign travellers with valid visas to enter the country. However, they will still have to undergo quarantine.
